1. No Spam - You may not participate in this program if you send unsolicited email.

2. No Newsgroups - You may not advertise for us on newsgroups or Internet bulletin boards.

BANNER PLACEMENT
The HTML code we send you must be put on one of your web pages within 72 hours of sign up. You agree not to insert the code on pages unrelated to the site you are listing with us. Modification of the HTML code is not permitted.

The banner code may be displayed anywhere on the page as long as the majority of visitors to the site will see and notice the banner. 

BANNER CONTENT
We accept only G-rated advertisements pertaining to G-rated web sites that are not linked in any way to other sites outside this rating. Think of your banner being acceptable viewing for children and it should be fine. Link4U is a free service. You agree that it is supported by sponsors and at any given time, the banner on your web site may contain an advertisement from a sponsor, from another member, or from us, Link4U.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership in the Link4U at anytime. Do so by e-mail to sponsors@link4u.com . Upon cancellation you agree to remove everything from your pages that pertains to the Link4U.com

DEACTIVATION AND REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service, or terminate any account, for any reason at the sole discretion of Link4U Sponsor and Affiliate Programs. Upon deactivation you agree to remove everything from your pages that pertains to the Link4U. Questions regarding these policies may be sent to sponsors@link4u.com .

OWNERSHIP
The Link4U logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of The Link4U Company., a California Company. All databases, reports, software, web site, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without our permission. All other product names and company logos mentioned on this web site and banners are the trademarks of their respective owners. Members have the right to use data generated from their banners for their own personal use.

REVENUE
Income received from the sale of advertising through the Link4U Banner on your site is the sole property of Link4U Sponsor and Affiliate Program. This pertains mainly to our sponsorship program that helps support your free banner service.

WARRANTIES
You and all members agree to use this service at your own risk. We do not make any guarantees regarding the dependability and/or accuracy of our services. Link4U, their administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of the Link4U Sponsor and affiliate program. We will do our best to provide you with the best and most effective service possible.

CHANGING OF TERMS
Link4U reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary. It is your responsibility to keep current with changes in the Terms and Conditions, since changes are effective for all members, regardless of when the member joined. Check back and look at the bottom of this page for the "This Page Last Updated date" for updated versions of the Terms and Conditions.

AGREEMENT
This is the entire agreement. By signing up and becoming a member of Link4U, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms and conditions.

The Service, its use and the results of such use are provided "as is."
Some links in the Service lead to sites maintained by individuals or
organizations other than Link4U over whom Link4U has no control. Link4U
provides these links merely as a convenience to you, and the inclusion of any
link does not imply any endorsement by Link4U of the linked sites, their
content or owners.  

 Link4u makes no representations whatsoever about any other website
which you may access through the Service.  When you access a non-Link4U
website, please understand that it is independent from Link4U, and that
Link4U has no control over the content on that website.  In addition, a link

The obligations of Link4U are solely corporate obligations, no affiliate,

suspended within ten (10) days.  

Link4U may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend Your access to
all or part of the Service for any reason, including without limitation, breach
of this Agreement, or assignment of this Agreement by You.

Force Nature.

Neither party shall be liable hereunder by reason of any failure or delay in the
performance of its obligations hereunder  on account of strikes, shortages,
riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, acts of God, war,
governmental action labor conditions, earthquakes or any other cause which is
beyond the reasonable control of such party.
